• Breathe deeply, you’d be amazed how this alone can alleviate anxiety.
• Enjoy life a little, nothing will put you back in your ex’s mind faster than seeing that you might be moving on.
• Focus on what you can contribute to a future relationship, not what led to your break up.
• Make a choice to be proactive and then don’t give yourself the option of inaction.
• Wake up in the morning and say to your reflection, “I have the same hours in a day as {Insert name of someone you admire} and I can do what I put my mind to.
