DNS changer virus is Trojan Malware that changes the DNS settings of an infected computer system – in order to divert traffic into unsolicited and dangerous websites. The Trojan is only about 1.5 kilobytes but will surely change the “Nameserver” Registry Key to a custom value. As a result the infected computer will contact the newly assigned DNS server to resolve names of different sites.
